SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

International Shipping The products presented on our website are shipped directly from our international manufacturing centers. The estimated average delivery time for products is 10 to 20 business days. Please note that variations may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee the delivery of your product within a maximum of 60 days after purchase. If this deadline is not met, you are eligible for a full refund or return without conditions.

Tracking Information All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to your email within 5 to 7 business days once the order has been processed by our suppliers. You can track your package from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it reaches your doorstep. Note: Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update in the system after the code is provided.

Delivery Details

  • Multiple Items: If your order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a unique tracking number for each item.

  • Local Delivery: Delivery is handled by your national postal service (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK). In some cases, such as an absent recipient or delivery restrictions, you may be required to pick up the package at the nearest local post office.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. PASSKITS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery & Reshipping If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failed pickup attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Once reshipping is confirmed, a new delivery timeframe will apply.
