RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Your Satisfaction is Our Priority At PASSKITS, we are committed to providing high-quality sports apparel. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is different from what you ordered, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt.
How to Start a Return The first step for any exchange or return is to notify our Support Team at support@passkits.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Conditions Once we receive the returned package, it will undergo a quality inspection. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

The request must be made within the 7-day window after delivery.
Your Options After your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Exchange: Swap for any item currently in stock.

Full Refund: Receive a refund for the amount paid for the product (shipping costs may be non-refundable).
⚠️ Important: Customized Items Please note that Customized Jerseys (items with personal names, numbers, or special patches) CANNOT be returned or exchanged, as these are uniquely made for you. The only exception is if there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our distribution team. Please double-check all spelling and sizing before completing your custom order.
Timeline All approved returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the initial request.
